I do need admins and moderators as of now, the past moderator positions were failed so I am in need of a moderator and at least 2-3 admins. Admins need to talk to me on Skype so I can get a general idea of who they are and your attitude.

You've played on this server a long time ... you realise that if you become admin you CAN NOT play factions due to your spawning privileges. An Admin is solely there to resolve problems, you can keep building your castle legibly if you want but you must make your faction peaceful (upside you can protect it with world guard). You can not give items out or money at any time. Also I feel a lot more comfortable to speak to you on Skype before I grant you this rank. I am most cautious about this as the server was ruined after a Admin op'd everyone destroying everything. If you do not Skype I would advise getting it; unless you do not have the mic and speakers. You are much a suitable Admin that I approve of but if you want to play legit and pvp you can not be Admin. Please confirm these questions

Im fine with being peaceful and im good with all of that but unfortunatly i do not have skype or the things needed for it.
